Membership Terms and Community Rules
Membership terms
- Membership is free during launch, subject to application, verification, capacity and approval.
- Applicants must provide accurate information and update material changes.
- Verification is limited to Findit's stated checks. It is not an endorsement or guarantee of quality, solvency, safety, licensing or legal compliance.
- Findit does not guarantee sales, leads, investment, grants, partnerships or any business outcome.
- Members remain responsible for due diligence and their private agreements. Findit is not automatically responsible for or a party to member transactions.
- Any future paid membership is a separate opt-in offer. Members are not automatically charged.
- Findit may change programming or close the pilot with appropriate notice, subject to legal and safety needs.
Community rules
- Communicate respectfully. No discrimination, harassment, threats or retaliation.
- No scams, pyramid schemes, illegal services, misleading investments, unverified fundraising or guaranteed-profit claims.
- No selling personal data or sharing confidential member information.
- No copying another member's business ideas or materials without permission.
- No excessive advertising or unsolicited private-message campaigns.
- Represent ownership, credentials and verification honestly.
- Disclose referral commissions, commercial interests and conflicts.
- Handle disputes professionally and provide relevant evidence privately.
- Do not record a private session without explicit informed consent.
Findit does not automatically endorse every statement, service, transaction or opportunity posted by members. Conduct your own due diligence.
Referrals and opportunities
State the request, eligibility, deadlines, commercial terms and any commission clearly. Do not label unverified information as a confirmed lead. Ask permission before sharing contact details. Members decide independently whether to proceed.
Moderation and disputes
The normal path is a private warning, temporary restriction and removal. Credible fraud, threats, harassment, discrimination, doxxing, unsafe conduct or serious confidentiality breaches may result in immediate restriction or removal. Findit will avoid public shaming and use an evidence-based review. An appeal may be considered by a person not responsible for the first decision where practicable.
Community Fund
The fund is not active. Any future donation will be voluntary and will not affect membership. Donations are not savings, deposits or investments; no return, grant or payment is promised. The initial club will not issue loans. Collection or distribution cannot begin before Polish legal, tax and accounting review and separate published rules.
